Product Properties and Wash Care

All our products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products are one of its kind created out of hand processes which involves spinning, dying, weaving, and embroidery. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. We also use vintage and recycled textiles, trims and materials in many of our products. This makes our products unique and one-of-a -a-kind and very often cannot be replicated exactly.

All garments have to be dry cleaned as mentioned on wash care instructions mentioned on the website and paper tags. Also we would recommended please make note of the instructions while placing the order.

Colors

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual products.

Sizing

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. In case of any clarifications please contact our customer care before placing your order.

In many instances it may be possible to resize a garment to fit you better before shipping. Our Customer care will be happy to assist you.

Alterations

In case a garment needs to be altered we are happy to assist you. In many instances it may be possible to resize a garment to fit you better before shipping.

However in some cases it may not be possible to alter certain ready to ship pieces due to the nature and structure of the garment. Our customer support will be able to help you in this regard.

Post Delivery Alteration service is only available for domestic purchases. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order for any alterations after which this service could be chargeable at our discretion. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery. They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us.

The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges along with a payment link will be shared upon inquiry.

viavero uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. We are not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery. Delivery timelines might be affected owing to COVID-19 restrictions

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team at the earliest.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real time!
